We hold our meetings every other month starting in January and ending in September and hold our annual luncheon normally the last Saturday in October. Meetings are held at 7:00 PM

SALTWATER FLY RODDERS PACIFIC 31 WINS TOURNAMENT
On August 8th the First Annual Beyond the Breakwater Offshore TYD ( Tuna, Yellowtail, Dorado)Tourament was won by Pac#1 members Mike Forrest, Dave 
Wratchford, Rocky Tussey and Steve Petit. The day was a bit lumpy and most fish on the near banks had lockjaw . Fortunately, one 7 lb yellowtail ate one of our flies 15 minutes after the tournament started. Unfortunately, for us and all the rest of the contestants the remainder of the day was a big donut for flyrod fish. The Pacific One Crew was not aware of that fact until after we came back to the dock and went to the Barbecue. It made a long generally fishless day a little brighter as we walked away with a nice trophy, a Bluewater flyrod ( TFO), Bluewater Reel ( TFO), Abel Reel, 60 lb Boga Grip, a big Cam Sigler Waterproof Boat Bag, a bunch of lines and other neat stuff. John Loo ( lifetime club member) deserves a major pat on the back for organizing two great tournaments ( inshore tournament held in June) The club will announce next year’s tournaments well in advance in hopes that more club members will participate.
