Each year normally around September or October, Steve Petit organizes a two day fishing trip out of San Diego on the Reward. Steve targets Tuna on this fly fishing trip. The boat leaves Friday evening and returns Sunday evening.

to Baja Mexico for October 1st to October 8th, 2024. You will be fishing the Punta Arena / Cerralvo Island area,
which is south of La Paz. We will be staying inthe small fishing village of Ventana at Baja Joe's

which is about a hour south of La Paz.

Two Day Fly Fishing Trip
The Reward has been chartered by Pacific # 1 for a 2 day
tuna/dorado/yellowtail
trip leaving Friday eve 9-30-11 returning Sunday eve 10-02-11. It will leave
from Dana Landing in Mission Bay. Tariff will be 900.00 per angler plus tip,
as it was last year. The fishing will be better this year than last. Call me
if your interested, 450.00 deposit to assure a spot. Send deposit to either

The Reward specializes in day, overnight, and multi-day charters off Southern California and Mexico while fishing for tuna species such as bluefin, albacore, yellowfin, bigeye, skipjack and other species such as yellowtail, dorado, marlin, shark, bass, bonito, rock cod, giant squid, and more!
The Reward runs deep sea fishing charters year round and is one of the only six passenger charter boats in San Diego that offers long range fishing trips to destinations such as Guadalupe Island. During the winter months, in addition to local day trips and whale watching, the Reward also offers 1.5 day rock cod trips to Colnett.
